Donuts and bagels.
I ate two donuts today, and a bagel and a half of one. I feel so fat now. Well, recently I have lol. I started a diet with my boyfriend and I’ve been cheating most of the time. Pretty stupid of me. :/
So yea, more work out and water. I need to stop craving rice and sweets. That’s what is killing me now, actually.I lost 10 pound,s probably gained at most two.
I don’t gain weight quickly. Thank god.
I do need to go jogging again though, my tummy is feeling squishy. :b
